Entries are being welcomed for the 2017 Eppendorf Award for Young European Investigators.
The โฌ20,000 prize acknowledges contributions to biomedical research based on molecular biology methods, including novel analytical concepts.
The prize is open to researchers younger than 35, working in Europe, with an advanced degree. The winner of the 2017 Award will receive, in addition to the โฌ20,000 prize:
- An invitation to the prize ceremony at the EMBL Advanced Training Centre in Heidelberg, Germany on June 22 2017
- An invitation to visit Eppendorf AG in Hamburg, Germany
- Coverage of the researcherโs work by Nature in print and online (which will include a podcast)
The award is presented in partnership with Nature.
Entries can be submitted at www.eppendorf.com/award/application. The deadline is January 15, 2017.
