Hurry before deadline falls for 2023 Lab Awards’ 13 categories!

You have just three days to make the deadline for nominations for the expanded, 13 category 2023 Lab Awards.

A massive boost in the number of available awards with seven new categories prompted wider interest in this year’s event, forcing the joint organisers Lab Innovations and Laboratory News to agree to a one week extension to Friday 28 July.

But with time running out, those interested in taking part in any of the available categories should make their nominations here

Seven new categories have been added to what will now be 13 awards overall. Among the newcomers are Rising Star, Lab Technician of the Year, Laboratory of the Year, Smart Lab of the Year, and Outstanding Achievement.

The event takes place at The Vox conference centre on 1 November, on the first day of Lab Innovations 2023 and is jointly staged by Lab Innovations and Laboratory News.

Last year’s event – only the second since its creation – also saw a major expansion in the number of awards. The judging panel consisted of leading industry experts and practitioners and was chaired by Sean Marshall, founder and head of Synthesis Media – owner of Laboratory News and its associated titles Laboratory Talk and Process Engineering
