Lucky 13 for expanded Lab Awards 2023
One of the leading events to honour laboratory science, The Lab Awards, returns to Lab Innovations with an expanded list of categories.
Seven new categories have been added to what will now be 13 awards overall. Among the newcomers are Rising Star, Lab Technician of the Year, Laboratory of the Year, Smart Lab of the Year, and Outstanding Achievement.
The event takes place at The Vox conference centre on 1 November, on the first day of Lab Innovations 2023 and is jointly staged by Lab Innovations and Laboratory News.
Last year’s event – only the second since its creation – also saw a major expansion in the number of awards. The judging panel consisted of leading industry experts and practitioners and was chaired by Sean Marshall, founder and head of Synthesis Media – owner of Laboratory News and its associated titles Laboratory Talk and Process Engineering.
