Lab support non-profit S-Lab has announced its two-day Birmingham conference, on April 2-3. 'Science, Innovation and Collaboration 2019' will include around 120 breakout sessions and tours, 40 exhibitors and over 500 delegates at the University of Birmingham campus. Almost 100 presentations across the two days will cover the design, management and operation of teaching and learning, research and innovation facilities, while a smart ventilation workshop will also be held on April 1. The Institute of Science and Technology affiliate S-Lab supports laboratory improvements through events, assessment tools, benchmarking, cases and guidance documents. The conference is jointly organised by S-Lab and the UK Science Park Association.
