Four interconnected themes will be the focus of Marine-i, marine energy, manufacturing and environmental technologies, in addition to maritime operations. It is expected to both stimulate and support business-led and market driven R&D and innovation to drive productivity. Marine-i, is a £9.3m collaboration that will receive up to £6.8m from the European Regional Development Fund.
