It is not often that Christmas and pipettes go hand in hand – but that didn’t stop the fine people of the North Devon District Hospital wonderfully merging festive fun with lab consumable
Jo, Rosie, Sam and Cathy – medical laboratory assistants at the hospital – constructed this lovely Christmas tree from re-called pipette tips that they didn't have the heart to throw out, a broom handle and the base of a clamp stand.
And we are very impressed – pipette tip makers of the world take note – if the recent economic climate is making your nervous, the liquid handling/Christmas decoration market is just waiting to be tapped!
